As regards Cyprus, this INSTRUMENT constitutes an act building upon, or otherwise related to, the Schengen acquis within the meaning of Article 3 of the 2003 Act of Accession.	For så vidt angår Cypern udgør denne/dette instrument en retsakt, der bygger på, eller som på anden måde har tilknytning til, Schengenreglerne, jf. artikel 3, stk. 2, i tiltrædelsesakten af 2003.
