With 3500 sq/ft at my disposal, I can easily relegate 1000sq/ft for a nice suite c/w fireplace, laundry, bedroom, storage, private patio w/BBQ and off street parking. However after hearing about the horror stories landlords are going through at the RTB, there's no way I would risk being put through that heII. It's just not worth the risk.
