| Given that this INSTRUMENT builds upon the Schengen acquis, Denmark shall, in accordance with Article 4 of that Protocol, decide within a period of six months after the Council has decided on this INSTRUMENT whether it will implement it in its national law. | Δεδομένου ότι η παρούσα πράξη αποσκοπεί στην ανάπτυξη του κεκτημένου του Σένγκεν η Δανία, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 4 του προαναφερθέντος πρωτοκόλλου, θα αποφασίσει, εντός εξαμήνου από την έκδοση της παρούσας πράξης από το Συμβούλιο, εάν θα την εφαρμόσει στο εθνικό της δίκαιο. |
