Это к вопросу о том, что "участники" ни в коем случае и ни при каких обстоятельствах якобы нельзя переводить как "participants", а только как "members".

Сейчас перевожу устав, в котором вижу:

Parts (это они так акции или доли называют) can be freely transferred by the sole participant, as long as there is only one participant.

In case there is more than one participant, parts are freely transferable among participants.
...
A participant as well as the heirs and representatives of a partiicpant cannot request...etc.

И особенно это:

The Company is managed by a Board of Managers comprising at least three members, whether participants or not.

Небольшой эксперимент: заменяем participants на members и получаем:

The Company is managed by a Board of Managers comprising at least three members, whether members or not.

Однако да, company members переводится как "участники".
