Правда, не уверен, что это продолжение хоть как-то поможет.

Я не специалист в животноводстве и тут не понимаю, что такое uterine dam и какое отношение оно имеет к быку. А если погуглить по-русски, какие требования предъявляются для экспорта бычьего семени в страны ЕЭС? И какие анализы при этом делаются?

Dam: Синонимический ряд:
1. animal's mother (noun) animal's mother; bitch; cow; female parent; mare; parental stock; progenitor
So it's the mother (cow) which gave birth to the prospective donor bull. The mother cow has to be tested.
"Писали китайцы?" Нет! There's nothing wrong with the English here.
