All statements, demands, notices and any other documents whatsoever (except contract and confirmation notes) to be given to the Customer hereunder shall be conclusive and binding upon the Customer as to its rights and liabilities unless written notice of objection
thereto is actually received by the addressee at CS for the time being notified to the Customer for the purpose within ten Business Days of the date on which such documents are deemed to have been received.
