Подскажите правильный из двух вариантов:

Исходник: На участке в 70 гектаров планируется применить все технологии строительства, отработанные в Челябинске и Магнитогорске.

Варианты:
All the construction methods and technologies that have been mastered in Chelyabinsk and Magnitogorsk are planned to be applied ON the area of 70 ha. OR:

All the construction methods and technologies that have been mastered in Chelyabinsk and Magnitogorsk are planned to be applied TO the area of 70 ha.

It is planned to implement on the area of 70 ha all construction methods and technologies already proven earlier in Ch. and Ma.
