В контексте: All monies received, recovered or realised by the Facility Agent under or pursuant to this Guarantee (including the proceeds of any conversion of currency) may in the Facility Agent’s discretion be credited to and held in an interest bearing suspense or impersonal account in the name of the Facility Agent with any financial institution acceptable to all Lenders (including itself) pending their application from time to time in or towards the discharge of this Guarantee.
