| А может и так the equipment shall be free of any obligations, shall not be pawned or mortgaged and shall not be regarded as any contract of suretyship and indemnity |
| IMO: shall not be encumbered with any obligations (или вариант d.), i.e. shall not be subject to any pledge or mortgage or constitute (serve as) any security under suretyship (guarantee) or indemnity agreements... |
