только не понимаю, зачем health damage писать injury - damage or harm done to or suffered by a person or thing а также, зачем applicable. (ну понятно, что компенсация будет выплачиваться в соответствии с законом, регулирующим ее выплату, в не с законом, например, о защите окружающей среды) |
