Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Purchaser shall not be entitled to retain any sum of money as a retention on any of the building works and shall not be entitled to transfer a unit into his/her name until the full purchase price for the unit, the extra work and the occupational interest have been paid or secured.
