Yield in order of 80 – 83 mol% in two phase water – butanol system is attainable when the fructose concentration in aqueous phase is 0.87 M, while in water the same selectivity is achieved with trice as little substrate concentration.
Но «trice as little» как-то подозрительно звучит

ИМХО "thrice as low", или "with the substrate concentration, which is three times lower".
