В рамках нашего партнерства, мы свою очередь ожидали, что вы.... С другой стороны, мы не можем не признать, что нами была допущена серьезная ошибка... Поэтому, а также из уважения к нашим партнерским отношениям, мы провели ... и еще: сориентировать нашу работу оптимальным образом для удовлетворения ожиланий клиента...- coordinate our work accordingly to optimize the fulfillment of the Client’s wishes ??? У меня есть и другие свои варианты, но они мне кажутся несколько громоздкими, и делают предложения слишком тяжелыми.... Спасибо за помощь :)))) |

Perhaps it would be better to translate **из уважения к нашим партнерским отношениям** like this: ...with due regard to the history of our amiable partnership relations.. |
