языком не владею (только бытовой уровень), очем пишут хотелось бы знать.
весь перевод не прошу сделать, не подумайте, просто смысл то какой? че говорят то? можно пжлста в 2х словах.

company does not accept liability beyond the warranty entitlements stated in our terms of business on which the contract is based. this applies in particular to claims arising from loss of profit or other damage to customer assets. this restriction does nnot apply if the cause of the damage results from intent or gross negligence. neither does it apply if the customer's claim for damages is based on the lack of a property that has been promised. if an obligation under the contract is violated by negligence company liability is limited to the damage that was foreseeable.
