EMKI shall provide a tax equalization service whereby EMKI will assist in the payment of any taxes due in the Host or home location in respect of any allowances or benefits paid by EMKI or the EM Host to the Participants during the relevant Training Period. The intent of the tax equalization service is that the Participants should be responsible for the same amount of tax they would have paid in their home country had they not received the benefits agreed to be provided by EMKI. This tax equalization may be provided by a gross up payment to the Participant by EMKI. EMKI shall use a third party to undertake this Tax equalization service
