if you have an excerpt listing a bunch of meetings of shareholders, board of directors, etc... their dates, what the decision was about and also in this excerpt is listed all the members of all these... what would the section called Administrative Overview be in Russian?

(the original is from Austria. I have their English and need to translate it into russian.)
