Subject: Weighted Average Remaining Lease Term
Уважаемые мультитрановцы, как бы вы перевели Weighted Average Remaining Lease Term - Средневзвешенный оставшийся срок аренды??
в следующем контексте:

Weighted Average Remaining Term (WART)
The Weighted Average Remaining lease Term will be calculated by multiplying each tenant’s annual rent by its remaining lease term (taken to be the earliest date at which the tenant could leave) expressed in years. The sum of this figure for all tenants will then be divided by the sum of their annual rent to give the Weighted Average Remaining Lease Term.

Example: Assuming two tenants; A and B. A has an area of 1.000 sq m, an annual rent of €240.000 and an unexpired lease term of 5.00 years. B has an area of 500 sq m, an annual rent of €150.000 and a remaining lease term of 3.50 years. The WART would be calculated as follows:...

Можно ли WART сокращать как СОС?
И еще -Weighted Average Rental Rate – средневзвешенная ставка арендной платы ?
