get up, topography rights

добрый день!
Подскажите, пожалуйтса, как в данном контексе следует переводить get up и topography rights

“Intellectual Property Rights" means all patents, copyrights, trade marks, service marks, rights in internet domain names, utility model rights, registered designs, design rights, rights in databases, topography rights, rights in trade secrets, confidential information, know-how, trade or business names or get up and all other intellectual property rights in any part of the world in each case whether or not registerable or registered, for the full duration of their term, and all applications and rights to apply for registration or protection of any of the same.

Могу лишь робко предполагать, что topography rights -- это право автора на введенный им топоним. Например, открыл остров, назвал, зарегистрировал и т.д.

По поводу get up:
это не что иное, как "оформление" продукта (книги, диска, товара в принципе), его стиль, фасон, который также может быть зарегистрирован в качестве торговой марки.
Правильнее было бы писать get-up (get-up of goods or trade dress).
