Any idea what's "convo"?

Guys, does anybody have any idea what "convo" means?
The context was: "Thanx for the convo and your patience".

Convo - от convocation, в данном виде употребляется (особенно студентами) для обозначения общей встречи, собрания (не обязательно связано с церковно-религиозными праздниками и церемониями)

Convo - Short-hand for Convocation, the bi-weekly lecture series on Wednesday afternoons. Convo used to be required for all students and faculty; these days no classes are scheduled during that time and all campus offices and libraries close to support community members' attending.
