Heh, what's going on now?

Polyglot - that's an awkward use of the word inkeeping with the guy speaking pidgin - guess he means something close to 'very colourfully, inventively, using a rich swearing vocabulary', which I guess you'd expect from a sea captain.

'With bloom' I guess means again 'colourfully, with a flourish' - sounds like the guy's an expert at swearing, and 'with blood' - 'passionately, from the heart'.

Bear in mind that the narrator has a very odd turn of phrase, like an uneducated person who doesn't speak English as a 1st language, and none of these are set phrases or even proper use of English, but guess the meaning's clear enough.

за что так попало бедному Брэму Стокеру?

The captain swore polyglot, very polyglot - капитан ругался на множестве языков - на великом множестве
with bloom and blood - известные английские эвфемизмы, сами ставшие ругательствами.
blooming примерно=bloody примерно=чёртов, проклятый, хренов... вероятно, даже более сильные эквиваленты нужны, потому как bloody, например, до сих пор достаточно крепкое выражение
