А чего входит - берут геодезическую основу, полученную отзаказчика, делают разбивку (сетку)по реперным точкам, проводят планировку площадки.

However - Survey is NOT a part of инженерная подготовка участка.

"This specification covers the technical requirements for performing all site preparation work shown on the drawings. The Seller shall be responsible for performing all in accordance with the Project Specifications and the Codes and Standards listed herein. The work consists of furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment to perform the following:
a. Demolishing existing facilities where required or called for on the drawings.
b. Clearing, grubbing and removal of vegetation and debris from the site as required.
c. Protection of land, water and air resources affected by construction.
d. Stripping, storage and redistribution of topsoil.
e. Excavating and placing compacted fill to grade the site to required elevations.
f. Constructing the subgrade for roads, railroad siding, and parking areas as shown on the drawings.
g. Constructing tank dikes and grading the area within the dike as shown on the drawings.
h. Constructing holding ponds as shown on the drawings.
i. Preparing and seeding surfaces designated on the drawings.
j. Develop and maintain a temporary surface drainage system during the course of site preparation".
