Кто нибудь знает как эти комиссии переводятся. У меня возник вариант "комиссии по делам малолетних правонарушителей", но хотелось бы чтобы из названия было понятно, что дела направляются в комиссии судами. С другой стороны, слишком длинное описание тоже давать не хочется.
Контекста нет, но в Инете нашлось описание:

Referral orders are a new order that have been available to the courts from April 2002. A Referral Order will be given to most 10 to 17-year-olds pleading guilty and convicted for the first time in court, unless the charge is serious enough to warrant custody. The order will last between 3 to 12 months depending on the seriousness of the offence. After appearing in court, the young person will be referred to the Youth Offender Panel who will then consider the most appropriate course of action.
