Можно, наверное, так: a standard state diploma, если это о российском дипломе или a standard diploma from a state educational institution |
| Спасибо, дело в том, что диплом украинский, но не государственного, а частного вуза. Поэтому он и не государственный, а "государственного образца". Думаю, пойдет a state standard diploma /a diploma of higher education of state standard ? |
