Subject: Break Costs (---> Loan Facility) Господа, убедительная просьба дать эквивалент термина "break costs". Контекст следующий (кредитный договор):"The Borrowers must pay to Lender its BREAK COSTS in the event that the Borrowers prepay a Loan pursuant to ......., save for any BREAK COSTS incurred as a result of the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the Lender." и еще оттуда же: "BREAK COSTS are the costs, determined by the Lender, which the Lender incur due to any BREAKAGE OF THE DEPOSITS, which breakage occurs due to an Event of Default or any part of a Loan or overdue amount being prepaid, or not drawn after it has been funded." И что имеется в виду под "BREAKAGE OF THE DEPOSITS"? Остальное как раз понятно. |
