What exactly does this PRIORITY OR ENFORCEABILITY mean in this particular context?

Title is 'Borrower’s Obligations and Guarantor’s Obligations Absolute and Unconditional'.

Here's the text:

All of the Borrower’s Obligations and Guarantor’s Obligations shall be absolute and unconditional, irrespective of any set-off or counterclaim or the genuineness, validity, priority or enforceability of this Agreement or any of the other Financing Documents or any other circumstance which might otherwise constitute a legal or equitable discharge.
