Subject: Windows терминология IT Привет, Mazzy. I'm desperately trying to find separate translations for the commands "Delete" and "Remove", and in most places they're both defined as "удалить". However, I need to differentiate between the two, so that delete would represent destroying something permanently (why is it not "вычеркнуть", for example?), whereas remove would be putting something aside, hence not completely destroying it yet. What would you recommend?

Только мое предложение, и не более того: Delete - Уничтожить (или Стереть) Remove - Удалить |
remove - переместить, убрать |
Delete = Remove = Удалить Примеры из MS глоссария: To remove this file from the list, click the file name with the right mouse button, and then click Delete. Click Remove to remove [ProductName] from your computer. |
