Судя по загадочному "списание его суммы со ссудного счета по реквизитам", которое я понимаю как перечисление средств с ссудного счета на другой, указанный выше счет, речь идет о disbursement For the purpose hereof, the Loan Disbursement Date shall mean the date of funds transfer from the loan account to the account specified above... возможно, date of first disbursement - как там по условиям кредита |
