Всем добрый день,

Маленький такой вопрос - это строка из заявки на поиск персонала - "оплата во время/после испытательного срока". Думаю над наиболее аутентичным вариантом :) Предложите, если кто видел что подобное в англоязычных HR-документах.

I feel I must defend the word "probation".
Webster dictionary:
1) The action of suspending the sentence of a convicted offender in such a way that he is given freedom after agreeing to a degree of supervision, to the condition of making a report to an officer.
2) The period during which an individual is subjected to testing and trial before being nominated to a particular job.

right, great. but the dictionary does not tell you the most common usage in certain contexts and, it will not tell you that most people in the English speaking world have an immediate association with something criminal when they hear the word "probation"

Guys, I remember being confused with "probation period" myself, but it is definitely used in HR docs, and if you type "probation period" in Google search bar, you'll see tons of links related to HR, not criminals :)

А вот еще один момент, ежели кто еще не устал:
В русскоязычных анкетах при приеме на работу указывают графу "Образование", где нужно написать "высшее" и указать название ВУЗа.
В англоязычных анкетах/резюме обычно пишут "qualifications" и указывают первым делом специальность по диплому, потом название унив-та; кроме того, там же иногда перечисляют все остальные курсы, школы и квалификации.
Т.е. в русскоязычной анкете акцент на сам факт в/о и название вуза, а в англ. - на полученные квалификации. И как в таком случае наиболее адекватно перевести это русское "образование"? "Background" - слишком емкое слово, по-моему...
