For the purposes of establishing the amount of commission due to the Agent:

(a) the Agent shall within fourteen (14) days after the end of each Quarter send to the Principal a statement showing the aggregate Net Sales Price of each description of Products ordered through the Agent for customers procured or presented to the Principal during that Quarter;
