Subject: текст протокола собрания акционеров инетересуют следующие фразы:Кворум - 100% уставного капитала. Собрание правомочно. мой вариант: Quorum is deemed present when 100% of shares are represented at the Meeting. The Meeting is validly sitting. По второму вопросу слушали г-на Ц, который предложил.. - Mr. X took the floor and proposed.... «ЗА» 200 000 (Двести тысяч) голосов, 200 000 (twenty thousand) voted in favor of the resolution Vote: passed unanimously. |

The chairman have satisfied that the quarum is present and declared the meeting open. "FOR" The resolution has passed unanimously Что-нибудь в этом роде |

Нашел (кипрские правда :0)): Значит, Собрание правомочно: The Chairman declared the meeting duly convened and consituted. |
