Текст принесли из отдела IT, они разрабатывают программу для казначейства и может этот термин к ним относится. Помогите, пожалуйста, если надо я дам больше контекста :-(

Vira - что у Вас вызывает затруднения?
термины trader's blotter и nostro balance, как мне кажется, не имеет отношения к информационным технологиям. Просят передать какие-то файлы в формате ASCII, их потом импортируют в депозитарий. Шлют вам информацию о том, как TBO представляет себе передачу вышеназванных отчетов.
