Уплата Стороной определенных настоящим Договором и (или) действующим в Украине законодательством штрафных санкций (неустойки, штрафа, пени) не освобождает ее от обязанности возместить по требованию другой Стороны убытки, вызванные нарушениям Договора (реальные убытки и (или) упущенную выгоду) в полном объеме, а возмещение убытков не освобождает ее от обязанности уплатить по требованию другой Стороны штрафные санкции в полном объеме. - Payment of penal sanctions (penalty, fine, charges) by the Party, determined by this Agreement shall not discharge from liability to reimburse losses upon demand of the other Party, incurred due to Breach of the Agreement (actual damage and (or) lost profit) in full, and the reimbursement shall not release from liability to pay penalties upon demand of the other Party in full.

Payment by the Party of fine sanctions (blah- blah), provided for/determined in this Agreement and/or acting Ukraine Law does not discharge it from the liability to reimburse/ indemnify , upon the demand of the counter Party, losses resulting from breach/violation of this Agreement / hereof (blah-blah) in full; such reimbursement shall not discharge it from the obligation / liability to pay fine sanctions in full upon the demand of the counter Party.
