For the purpose of this Law, the export transactions shall comprise:
deliveries of Croatian goods to a consignment and sale of such goods from a consignment abroad.

Other events causing damage to the property invested in own enterprises or branch offices abroad are considere to be the non-commercial risks if they come as a consequence of:
- being prevented to dispose with the property in the duration of at least 12 months due to measures taken by the state in which investment has been made. - Другие обстоятельства, которые могут привести к повреждению имущества, инвестированного в собственные предприятия или филиалы, рассматриваются как некоммерческие риски, если они происходят вследствие:2.
