Это кусочек из Temporary Guarantee for Tender (BID BOND):We undertake to pay to your order the above-mentioned amount upon your first written demand in case the tenser is awarded to the guaranteed within the aforesaid period and in cas the necessary contract is not signed and the final provision not submitted.
