Покупатель имеет право устранить дефект самостоятельно или с помощью третьих лиц и выставить Продавцу счёт на возмещение обоснованных расходов, непосредственно относящихся к устранению поломки, в случае письменного на то согласия Продавца.

Прекрасный перевод! Можете оставить как есть, но если захотите, можете принять нижеизложенный вариант. Язык контракта черезвычайно сух. Его стараются упростить, иногда до крайности. Но существуют специальные слова и выражения рекомендуемые к использованию в контрактах и прочей деловой переписке.
