Purchaser agree that it will not claim that theexplanations in the Information Memorandum and/or other documents are not correct and/or erroneous or any similar claims, and that based on such it will not make any claims from the A or any other public institution under the scope of warranty for defect provisions or other provisions within the legislation after the shares of B are transferred.

В первую очередь интересует что означает:.. make any claims from the PA or any other public institution under the scope of warranty for defect provisions or other provisions within the legislation...

warranty for defect а не defect provisions, т.е. положения, касающиеся гарантии качества/замены бракованных деталей (см., что у Вас там является предметом покупки)

остально имхо: предъявлять требования к А или другим организациям

Но как-то не очень уверенно. :-)
