а также: (ту ваще черт ногу сломит и если кто подскажет, где про это можно что прочесть на русском, весьма обяжете)

BUYER’S FLEXIBILITY

Buyer shall have a right to exercise Flexible Quantity Tolerance (FQT) for operational reasons by X% at time of setting the Annual Programme. Buyer shall endeavour to make good the downward exercised FQT before the end of the Initial Term (Make Good Quantities) taking into consideration any quantities supplied from the upward exercise of FQT.
