Помогите перевести, плиз

Контекст:
Настоящий документ содержит конфиденциальную информацию, которая является собственностью компании A, и может быть использована исключительно фирмой B с правом ее копирования, перепечатывания, размножения и т.д., а также ее раскрытия в той или иной форме какой-либо третьей стороне только при наличии письменного согласия компании А.

Можно так перевести?
This document contains proprietary information of Company A and can be used exceptionally by Company B with the right to copy, reprint, distribute, etc. as well as disclose it in any form to a third party only if authorized in writing by A.

Или нужно как-то переделывать под стандартное cannot be copied, disclosed etc. without prior written notice..? У меня не получается :-/
