всем добрый день!

мне неясен один момент.
стороной кредитного договора являются несколько кредиторов, а в данной статье договора, например, во фразе "release the Lenders from any of its obligations hereunder" употребляется "its". и так по всему тексту договора. то ли это особенность конкретного юридического текста, то ли это американизм какой-то(договор заключен с банками из Штатов), не пойму. по крайней мере встречаю такое впервые. если переводить с русского на английский, я бы сказал "release the Lenders from any of their obligations hereunder".

объясните, кто знает...

Nothing in this Clause 22 ("Assignments and Transfers") nor any other provision of this Agreement shall be construed so as to prohibit the Lenders from assigning all or any portion of their rights and benefits hereunder to a United States Federal Reserve Bank as security in respect of borrowings from such bank, provided that no such assignment shall release the Lenders from any of its obligations hereunder.
