My interest in Environmental studies goes back to my childhood. My parents were members of a team who headed the organization of a new USSR Institution of the Academy of Science for the salvage of the greatest river - the Institute of the Volga River Ecology. I have spent a lot of time there and saw the “science process”.

During my study at the University I became interested in the problems of globalization, and most of all in ecology. In our management classes we were discussing these problems and solved a lot of cases about economical, cultural and environmental influence of globalization.

In my 4th year I decided to deepen my knowledge in ecology and environmental area. I took part in the cooperative “Ecological economical evaluation of enterprise waste influence in Moscow” project of Ecotera agency and Moscow State Environment Organization “Mosecomonitoring” as a member of a group of specialists who developed ecological strategy for Moscow government.. My economical knowledge helped me a lot in analysing enterprises documents. I found a lot of information about ecological situation in Moscow (and in Russia in general), and became aware of it`s understanding (understanding of this situation) in between public servants/bureaucracy. This year I have started to work at my diploma paper in collaboration with Economy Department of MSU. Now I’m studying the ecological economy at this department. I am also planning to make a presentation at “Eco PR” conference (Saint-Petersburg) and Second Russian Forum of young PR specialists (MSU) about the problems of ecological PR in Russia.

There are a lot of problems in Russia that concern economy, public administration and environmental issues. The most famous are “Sakhalin-2", and “oil-tube” project near Baikal.

I have received economical and pubic administration education at my department. I believe that after I get a environmental education at department in CEU I could contribute to resolving important problems in Russia.

по мелочи подчищать можно; в целом всё понятно
рекомендую избегать использования в английском языке слова problem(s) в значении "вопрос(ы)"/ "темы".
И не надо огульно катить баллоны на Сахалин-2, особенно если Ваше текущее представление сформировано на основании прочитанного и увиденного в СМИ
