Subject: please help make this sound better
Ok, in English, I can write a business letter... in Russian I fumble around wondering if it sounds even somewhat professional and getting "writer's block".

Could someone look at this and tell me if it is "OK" or if they will laugh at me?

Thanks!

i dont know yet if i like the ACCA training course. I havent done it yet. :)
But work (the big boss) has asked me to sign up for at least papers 1.1. and 1.2. so i hope i WILL like it. (And since they agreed to pay for it, I am not going to be picky about programs right now.)

Mouse,
thanks for the help!

as i understand, passing the program will mean an enourmous pay increase (i just talked to my boss who told me the basic salary you HAVE TO give people with this kind of certification and I almost peed my pants:))

do you have any experience with this program?

no, i just had experience of being interviewed by ACCA for the position of translator/interpretor, and as I have understood from the talks, links etc... it is in some way comparable to MBA, i may be mistaken though...

it is indeed comaprable to an MBA. some people consider it to be better than an MBA but i am not convinced of that. who knows. all i know, is that i NEED to pass this program.

thanks! i hope it all goes well. they want me to pass all the papers in a year. i told them, "um, guys, i have a baby at home and it's gonna be pretty darn hard to juggle baby on one arm and book on the other while trying to eat and sleep at the same time."

But for some reason, they are sure I can handle it. Maybe they will give me less to do here for a bit and i will be able to sit at work and study. but i doubt it.

hahah! yeah. insane and loving, that would be us. (sometimes i think we must actually be the weirdest parents in the world and then i remember the family of bikers i saw living in london who never use their front door but rather the sliding glass patio door and then the huge hole in the fence)

Susan,

First of all,
feel free to write to ACCA in English. Their staff should be bilingual.
Second, ACCA is more comparable with CPA, than with MBA...
