When fulfilling their obligations under this Contract, the Parties, their affiliated persons, employees or intermediaries shall not carry out any acts which are qualified under the legislation applicable to this Contract as bribery / bribe-taking or commercial bribe or any acts which violate the requirements of the applicable legislation and international acts on counteraction against legalization (laundering) of the proceeds from crime.
