Subject: the Party not so prevented Предложение в целом понятно, но вот что такое the Party not so prevented? Пострадавшая сторона?Спасибо. If such circumstances shall continue to prevent or delay performance for more than fifteen (15) days, [the Party not so prevented] may, provided that such circumstances are continuing, at any time upon written notice to the other Party terminate this Agreement with immediate effect. |
| Ну да. Буквально "Сторона, не затронутая такими обстоятельствами" (вправе, в случае продолжения таких обстоятельств, расторгнуть настоящий Договор, направив письменное уведомлеие...) |
