Security Period means the period starting on the date of this Agreement and ending on the date on which the Agent is satisfied that all of the liabilities owed by the Obligors to the Finance Parties under the Finance Documents are irrevocably discharged in full and no Finance Party has any commitment or liability, whether present or future, actual or contingent, in relation to the Facility.
