Уважаемые коллеги, подскажите, пожалуйста, устоявшийся перевод вот такого пункта в соглашении:

Permitted Restructuring and change of the Borrower

Конкретно не получается Permitted Restructuring перевести так, чтобы русский вариант тоже хорошо гуглился.

Допустимая реструктуризация задолженности?

During the Security Period members of the Group may undergo a solvent corporate restructuring or reorganisation or enter into any other corporate arrangements whether between members of the Group or with any newly incorporated third party provided that:
(a) there shall be no corporate reorganisation of the Borrower for as long as it remains a borrower under the Finance Documents;
(b) the Borrower and the Guarantor shall at all times be members of the Group and following the Permitted Restructuring they shall be wholly owned members of the Group;
(c) there shall be no corporate reorganisation of the Guarantor and the Guarantor shall at all times be able to perform its obligations under the Guarantee;
(d) the Guarantor shall continue to be the production entity of the ferro-alloys business of the Group and, in particular, the Guarantor shall not dispose of any of the Production Facilities;
(e) save as permitted under Clause 25.2 (Change of Borrower) the Borrower shall remain a company incorporated in Switzerland and all sales of the Commodity by the ferro-alloys and chrome ore business of the Group shall continue to be made by the Borrower;
(f) the Commodity shall continue to be sold by the Guarantor to the Borrower under the Export Contract and then on-sold by the Borrower to the Buyers under the Sales Contracts; and
(g) save as a result of the change of the Borrower provided for in Clause 25.2 (Change of the Borrower), all Finance Documents shall remain in full force and effect and the obligations expressed to be assumed by each of the Obligors in each Finance Document to which it is a party shall be and remain legal, valid, binding and enforceable,

and such restructuring shall be referred to in this Agreement as Permitted Restructuring.

Мой изначальный вариант был просто "допустимая реструктуризация", но google, почему-то, такого сочетания не знает :(

Как вариант: Допустимые изменения в (корпоративной) структуре и финансовом положении Заемщика

Мне нравится. Отражает суть. Только не слишком длинно для названия пункта? Может быть чуть по короче:

Permitted Restructuring and change of the Borrower = Допустимые изменения в корпоративной структуре Заемщика и замена Заемщика?
