it's at the end of the Cash Flow Statement for a company from Kazakhstan
I assume the Kazakhs wrote the Russian as they do for most of their documents with us.

В САМОМ конце отчета/прогноза движения денежные средств стоит/должна стоять строка Closing Balance.

Перед этим идет Net (decrease)/increase in cash and cash equivalents

Т.е. основные разделы такие
Opening balance
Cash flows from operating activities
Cash flows from investing/investment activities
Cash flows from financing activities
Net increase/(decrease) in cash and cash equivalents
Closing balance/Cash and cash equivalents at end of the period

Внутри каждого раздела могут быть такие строки промежуточного итога:
Cash flows from operating activities
Cash generated from operating activities
...
Cash used in operating activities
...
Net cash flow from operating activities

И так по каждому разделу
