Мозги уже отказываются думать. Помогите пожалуйста перевести:

In any event, the Seller shall not be responsible for damages that may result from the use of goods or consequential or special damages or for any amount on excess of the invoice of the defective goods.

Интересует только последняя фраза: "any amount on excess of the invoice of the defective goods". Понимаю что здесь имеется ввиду, но как это правильно выразить?
