Отрывок из Conditions of supply of NN round table:

All conditions stated herein shall be interpreted as a binding offer from Seller for delivery to XXX, and will not constitute an agreement until an order of acceptance is issued by XXX in form of one or several Purchase Orders.

Все понятно, только вот что такое order of acceptance?
