перевод фразы из контракта - замена брака

Пожалуйста, кто силен в переводе договоров и контрактов - подскажите, как юридически грамотно перевести на английский следующий абзац из договора:

В случае выявление брака Товара, допущенного по вине Продавца, Покупатель по своему выбору может потребовать замены бракованного Товара на годный или возврата денежных средств в полном объеме.

а то что-то не получается никак((

Первая часть не очень, можно заменить на
Should any defects attribuatble to Seller be discovered in the Goods и т.п.

IMHO: Should Goods prove defective by reason of the Seller's fault, Buyer shall have an option of replacement or refund in full.

Вероятно имеется в виду производственный брак:
Should any manufacturing defect be found, the Buyer may require from the Seller either full replacement of the Product or full refunding of purchase price.
