в документе, который перевожу, они очень часто встречаются. предполагаю, что stripping stages - это стадии отгонки(десорбции),
strip feed - исходная реакционная смесь на десорбцию,
strip solution - раствор на десорбцию.
речь идет о переработке титаносодержащей руды в TiO2

This provides an example of the first solvent extraction step according to the present invention. A solution containing 31.6 g/l Ti, 27.3 g/l Fe2+, and 0.2 g/l Fe3+ is fed to a series of 3 extraction stages and 6 stripping stages. The organic phase is 10% Cyanex 923, 30% decanol, and 60% kerosene. The strip feed is a 1-M solution of HC1. The temperature is kept at 45° C. The organic/aqueous feed flow rate ratio is 4 and the organic/aqueous strip solution flow ratio is 10. The products are a pregnant strip solution at 67.8 g/l Ti, 0.8 g/l Fe2+ and 2.2 g/l Fe3+. The raffinate contains 28.7 g/l Fe2+, no detectable Fe3+, and 0.11 g/l Ti.
